THE HUNGRY CATERPILLAR BIRTHDAY INVITATION

I love children's birthday parties that are themed after books.  And I absolutely love this hungry caterpillar themed invitation I designed for a special little boy's baptism and birthday party. 

BREAKFAST AT CHLOE'S

Currently I am designing my youngest daughter's first birthday, and I realized I never posted Chloe's birthday breakfast with her friends.  I can't believe she will be five this year!  All these pictures make me sad and happy at the same time.  Happy because the party was a huge hit, and we all had a blast.  Sad because she is growing up so fast and I can't stop time.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA RANCH WEDDING INVITATIONS

 Jessica and Scott were such a pleasure to work with.  Their wedding is one of my "do-over" wedding inspirations.  I loved that they were having an intimate wedding on a ranch in Northern California.  Both their wedding colors and design style were perfect for the venue.  These invites definitely set the mood for a weekend they would never forget.

A TIMELESS WHITE AND GRAY WEDDING BY THE BEACH

Here is an oldie but goodie!  I loved the bride's classic and timeless style.  The wedding was simply beautiful with touches of white flowers, gray details and mercury glass.   The wedding invitation was letterpressed, and then mounted upon an embossed pearl paper to set the mood for the elegant wedding. We designed fan programs for the guests since Florida is known for the humid weather.  And at the table, the napkins were wrapped with the menus that cohesively matched all of the other paper decor.  For more check out the feature on The Knot.

GREAT GATSBY INSPIRED WEDDING

I am a sucker for vintage inspired weddings, especially one's that are inspired by the art deco era.  The bride's attention to detail was impeccable, and I had such a fun time collaborating with her to help make this their dream wedding.  The programs, menus, place cards and seating chart were all designed by EKD to sit perfectly with all the other design elements of the wedding.

CALIFORNIA WEDDING DAY INSPIRATIONAL PHOTO SHOOT

Not too long ago I worked with California Wedding Day to create papergoods that would sit well with vintage china to inspire brides for their reception.  I am definitely happy with the results.  Check out the photos on California Wedding Day.

A CURIOUS GEORGE BABY SHOWER

Monkey see, monkey do, the mom-to-be was having two!  And since the mom-to-be's favorite childhood book series was Curious George, there was no better way to honor her but to have a baby shower decked out in a yellow and red Curious George theme.  Thankfully we had the talented Nicole Gigler Photography (formerly known as Cutie Photootie) there to take photos of all the fun!
